I'm not a movie critic, nor do I pretend to be one. But I am a movie fan – and a huge fan at that. When good movies are released on DVD (my taste in movies is slightly offbeat), you can place your bets that I will be at Best Buy sealing my claim of being one of the first people to buy that particular DVD.

When the "American Wedding" release date was set, I marked my calendar and began preparation for the monthlong wait until one of my favorite comedic movies would be in my hands. Seeing the movie three times in the theater wasn't enough. Each time I watched it, it got better. If you like raunchy, vulgar, perverted, sophomoric humor and you haven't seen the movie yet, it is well worth the rental or purchase. And, for those of you who want to see the lesser of two evils, you can watch a rated version of the movie. If you like it hardcore, like me, then select the unrated version for two hours of sexual aggression.

In the third installment of the series, although a few characters were missing, the plot worked just fine. Jason Biggs (as Jim Levinstein), Seann William Scott (as Stifler), Alyson Hannigan (as Michelle Flaherty), Eugene Levy (as Jim's dad), Eddie Kaye Thomas (as Finch), Thomas Ian Nicholas (as Kevin), and Jennifer Coolidge (as Stifler's mom) are all back for yet another twisted story.

The movie opens with yet another embarrassing moment for Jim. In the first film, he was caught masturbating by his parents. In the second, his parents busted him having sex. And now, he is caught getting a blow job by his dad. Poor Jim, it almost brings a tear to my eye.

The premise for this film is that Jim and Michelle have just graduated college and decide to get engaged. The plot takes the movie fan through the wedding process – from the engagement party to the bachelor party, to the wedding, to the reception. If my wedding is half as crazy, bizarre and outrageous as Jim’s and Michelle's, I will be so satisfied.

Unlike the previous films, this film shows that life revolving around Stifler can be a good thing. My favorite character of all fucking time, fuckers, is Steve Stifler, and I thank the brilliant writer, Adam Hertz, for giving Stiffy much more film action in this flick. Even though the Stifmeister runs into a lot of brick walls throughout the film, I still love how much play he gets. He's the man.

My favorite Stifler scene is when he gets in quite a quandary. Trying to impress Michelle's parents (’cause he wants to get in her sister's pants), he takes the dogs for a walk and feeds them Scooby snacks left and right. Being the holder of the wedding band was a huge mistake for Mr. Irresponsible, as he tosses a treat with the ring attached to one of the Flarhety's dogs. So, knowing he is in some deep shit, he decides to wait for the dogs to drop their kids off. The wait continues, and the poop comes out, and there's the ring, and so on and so forth.

This is where it gets exciting. Stiffy picks up the ring in poop with a truffle wrapper and begins to carry it toward the resort when he is stopped by Mrs. Flaherty, who has a craving for truffles. An argument ensues as to who gets to eat the truffle, when all of the sudden Stifler shoves it in his mouth. Yum yum, eh gag!

The movie is packed solid with moments like these, including interactions in a Chicago gay dance club and Jim shaving his pubic hair. The humor is endless.

The DVD extras also are impressive, with commentary options, deleted scenes and outtakes, along with a Cheesy Wedding Video, Kevin Cam, Nikki's Hollywood Journal and my favorite, Stifler Speak.

And don't worry, there is still enough nakedness to satisfy all you sick perverts out there who only bought the first two movies for the tits and ass.
