This month, Duncan wrote about the confused message of the Democratic party. |
Ryan Cox, 27, lives a solitary existence in a lonely one-bedroom apartment in Austin, Texas; his only friend a tiny, fluffy-tailed kitty named Miss LittleJeans. He enjoys long bike rides around the Green Belt, drinking fine whiskey, getting into fist fights with lesbians, communal showering, and fierce Scrabble tournaments with the elderly lady who lives next door. He is the writer and director of the films "black-eyed" & "Santa Ana." His DVD review of "5 Easy Pieces" is his first contribution to Lumino Magazine. He hopes it is not his last. |

Jackie Lee King is at it again. Mostly it's at him. After unsuccessfully attempting to give up the rock 'n' roll lifestyle by securing a job in downtown Chicago that his mother, father, and sister would be proud of, Jackie is back hopping from show to show in search of the best live concerts to clue in the unsuspecting and the public. Jackie has been published in other magazines but is very excited to be contributing to Lumino. This month he is hanging out at Ozzfest to let you know what's up with the show. You may have seen some his previous reviews like David Byrne, Skinny Puppy, and Sting and Annie Lennox. Stay tuned, true believers, send Jackie some candy, sparkly distractions or interesting photos since you have seen what he looks like. He likes to recognize whom he's writing to when he sees them on the street.

Steve Seamandel is a 2004 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. He now lives in his hometown of Milwaukee, a writer by night and panhandler by day. Youll occasionally find "Simpsons" references in Steves articles, as he claims to have learned "everything worth knowing" from the show. While not thinking of ways to rip off the famous cartoon, Steve enjoys chasing a band called The Disco Biscuits around the country. Someday, he hopes to get rich quick by writing a best-selling book that nobody else thought to write before him. Steve spent four years on staff at the UW-Stevens Point newspaper, The Pointer, serving as Outdoors Editor, Arts and Review Editor, Managing Editor and Editor in Chief. Steve wrote the Lambeau Field article in After Hours Milwaukee, a section for which Steve is Lumino's editor.
