Conan O’Brien Hits the Road
Conan O’ Brien has been sitting around in his underwear, eating absurd amounts of sugar all day. He tweeted it himself, “This morning I watched Remington Steele while eating Sugar Smacks out of a salad bowl. I was naked.” He would love for his fans and Twitter followers to believe that, wouldn’t he? Chances are he would have really preferred tweeting something along the lines of; I spent the morning sitting around and crafting a master plan. But that just doesn’t have the Conan zest. His plan is probably going to serve the greater purpose of proving further to NBC that mistakes were made and that in the long run, they’ll regret it. Read more...

Swank Suceeds in Amelia
Who knew an actress that played a Karate Kid and was let go after only six episodes on the original Beverly Hills, 90210, would become an Oscar winning star on the big screen. Hilary Swank has proven time and time again that she is an actress to be reckoned with in Hollywood. Swank has delivered unique characters with such films as Boys Don't Cry and Billion Dollar Baby. Now with Amelia, her boyish looks have once again played a part in getting the role of the aviation pioneer that she was born to play. The film had an initial buzz but flew too quickly off the big screen. Now the biopic might have a second chance as it’s now available on DVD and Blu-ray. Read more...

Walt Disney Family Museum Opens in the Bay Area
When you think of San Francisco and the beautiful Bay Area, visions of the Golden Gate Bridge, trolley cars and maybe even Alcatraz Prison comes to mind. Well now you need to add another place on your list, an area of land these days run by the National Park Service known as The Presidio. The Presidio has always been prime real estate but up until a little over a decade ago was for military use only. Since 1996 the property has become a mixture of commercial and public areas. Some of the military aspects still exist to this day in the form of exhibits. However now the area includes The Bay School of San Francisco and even Star Wars creator George Lucas himself has taken on residence here with LucasArts making it their headquarters on 15 acres. Now the latest that just recently opened their doors is a museum dedicated to the life and memory of Walt Disney. Read more...
