Beck Brings Along Danger Mouse For Dark Album
You can’t really put a solid label on Beck Hansen’s musical style. After all, here is a guy who seems to constantly change directions year after year. With the release of his 10th album, Beck once again creates a record which plays out like a smorgasbord of musical elements. Shine a Blu-Light
Martin Scorsese’s Shine a Light, documents the Rolling Stones as they played New York’s Beacon Theater in the fall of 2006. Shine a Light premiered this year at the 58th Berlin International Film Festival in February and has now been released on home video. Read more...

The movies always have a bevy of familiar faces and the obligatory appearance of actor Leslie Nielson. If you decided the film looked like a rental then never fear it has just come out on DVD. An Interview with “The Savages” director, Tamara Jenkins
“The Savages” is a sad and sadly funny portrait of just what a family goes through when they’re forced to put a loved one in a rest home. That previous sentence is far too dressed up, far too carefully worded, to convey the fierce and bittersweet tone of the film.
