Growing up in the shadow of a rock legend must have had an effect on Kelly Osbourne. Her debut album was cursed by immeasurable expectations, mostly stemming from the televised reality of “The Osbournes,” and the legacy of being the daughter of the infamous Ozzy Osbourne.
