As the year finally comes to an end, and all those limited releases finally start expanding across the country, the time has come for the Lumino critics annual top ten. It was a good year at the movies, with sequels like “Pirates of the Caribbean” ruling the box office, but small ensemble comedies like “Little Miss Sunshine” garnering the most enjoyment at theaters.
Our critics liked a wide range of many different movies, including “Pan’s Labyrinth,” “A Prairie Home Companion,” “Imagine Me & You”. However, “The Departed,” “Brick,” and “Stranger Than Fiction” received mostly unanimous praise. Click on the links below to see each critics picks:
