Disturbia continued its surprising run at the box office, making $13.7 million this weekend, for a total of almost $41 million. Fracture came in second with $10.7 million, a so-so number for the Hopkins-Gosling thriller.
Blades of Glory got past $100 million this weekend, making it one of Will Ferrell's biggest successes of his career. The other new releases this week included Vacancy, Hot Fuzz, and In the Land of Women. Vacancy did poorly, making $7.5 million, while Hot Fuzz made $5.8 million in only 825 theaters. In the Land of Women did almost $5 million, a disappointing number. See the full chart here. Powered by AkoComment 2.0! |
