Calling all artists, and anyone who feels like drawing nudes: Dr. Sketchy’s is having an event this weekend at Five Star where they’ll be presenting you with “sparkling burlesque dancers to rippling racks of manflesh; contortionists, mimes, the tattooed, the tattered, and everything in between.” Bring your pencil and sketch book and have a drink while you draw some of the most interesting models you’ll find in Chicago.

Check out Lincoln Park Zoo’s annual summer concert series that starts this Friday. One night each month of the summer, Lincoln Park Zoo puts on a music concert in the outdoor zoo atmosphere. This week you’ll be treated to Everclear, and to Toad the Wet Sprocket on July 27, and Los Lobos August 24.
