Rhymefest kicked his Lollapalooza debut off with his melodic rhythms and his kick ass lyrics. Being apart of the Kanye West family of musicians gave this Chicago grown musician some added attendance and cred making his performance in front of many new Chicago fans a well received experience.

Members of Rhymefest’s posse ere amazed by the attendance as they snapped photos from their personal cameras while dancing and hip hoppin’ on stage. This just shows the wonderful experience of becoming a rising star – and having a solid fan base to rock in front of.
Rhymefest produced one of the most diverse attendances at Lollapolooza. The audience ranged from young to old and black to white. Another great component of this impressive component was the fact that Rhymefest uses a live band to help create some of the beats and backgrounds of the mesmerizing lyrics. Making sure to represent the guys that helped him become a star, Rhymefest made sure to name drop Jay-Z and Kanye in his opening performance. By using the beats from Jay-Z’s “H to the Izzo” Rhymefest put on a great first act.
Lollapalooza has always had an abundance of hip hop performers, but the ones promoters select seem to deliver great sets.
Rhymefest was one of the only rap artists to perform at Lollapalooza on Saturday, however he didn’t disappoint at all. He obviously deserves the name Rhymefest with his smooth lyrics and unbelievable sound. Hailing from Chicago, Rhymefest has made all fellow Chicagoans proud to have him as a part of their family as well. Powered by AkoComment 2.0! |
