Stefani is the queen of originality. No one accuses her of being another Blondie or Go-Go – at least not now that the 35-year-old has been creating styles and headlines for more than 10 years.

Like Madonna, Stefani has changed her look numerous times. She started with the cute-girl-down-the-street look in No Doubt's "Trapped in a Box" video, then became an athletic force to be dealt with in the "Tragic Kingdom" era. She followed that with the mysterious Eastern glittery stage of the late '90s. But unlike Madonna, Stefani has never stooped to raunch and shock to make herself known. Everyone knows Stefani has class.

Stefani's talent is rarely questioned. She can sing rock, hip-hop and even big-band styles.

Today, Stefani is as hot as ever, physically and musically. "The Aviator" garnered Oscar nods, and though Stefani herself wasn't picked out for her portrayal of classic film star Jean Harlow, her first foray into film proved she has true crossover potential.

No one comes close to Stefani creatively and stylistically. Other celebrities look to her for ideas and trends. She looks nowhere but in the mirror.
