While many may be in the dark about being “so fresh and so clean-clean,” everyone now knows how to “shake it like a Polaroid picture” thanks to Andre 3000.
Andre Benjamin, the sensitive and flamboyantly-dressed half of rap duo OutKast, is one silky smooth character. Dre never backs down from a little flash when at high profile events like the MTV Awards or the Grammys, both of which OutKast dominated 2004 with their latest double-release “Speakerboxxx” and “The Love Below.” The award-winning combo album is yet another feather in the caps of an incredibly successful career for OutKast.
Dre is known for his unique blend of style and opinion in his raps, which frequently stray to the innocent and suave side. His lifestyle displays the same innocence and smoothness of his music; Dre is a vegan, and overall is one hell of a chill guy.
Andre 3000’s installment of OutKast’s double-disc, “The Love Below,” deals with the theme of…well, love. If followed closely from front to back, the album details different parts of a relationship, resulting in a rare, risqué theme for a rap concept album. And above all, how could you not love the guy with all those cool outfits?Powered by AkoComment 2.0! |
